Dublin Film Screening: Jerusalem: East Side Story Sun 22 Feb 2009 7.30pm In 1948 the western part of Jerusalem, capital city of Palestine, was capturedby zionists; in 1967 the eastern part was taken into Israeli occupation. Sincethen Israel has pursued "Jewish demographic superiority" in Jerusalem,as elsewhere, driving out Muslims and Christians and denying their history,identity, and land rights.
